My daughter turned 8 recently and guess what? I was "That mom"! I was "That mom" that hosted the best birthday party ever! So what made it so great? Well let me start with I did NOTHING! Seriously! Aside from sending out the invites and baking her favorite cupcakes (strawberry!) I did nothing but have fun with Hailey and her friends! Now I know I have you intrigued... You are talking to your computer asking, "Nicci, where can I have such a great party? How can I do nothing but still be that mom?"

So what is ImagiNation? It is 5,120 sq feet of fun! It is a city build for kids. Literally! They have a grocery store, manufacturing, emergency services, medical & vet center, diner, and media studio in addition to the bank located at the front desk. Kids can go around and complete various jobs in each of the store fronts. There are so many options of different careers in each place plus the kiddos can make up their own jobs and play their way!
My favorite part is that my three year old and my eight year old can both have fun in the same place. There is really something for everyone!
For my daughter's party we had 10 kids, mostly girls from her class plus a few extra friends, and they all had such an amazing time. What made me so excited were the parent comments. They thought the city built for kids in the Lehigh Valley was incredible!
I had a dedicated birthday ambassador to take the group around to each job, in the order my daughter chose, where they earned money in their savings book for each job completed. I even had someone to help my three year old with his savings book! I have never had a party with so much help and attention! Most of the kids decided to donate their money earned to one of the charities at the end -- and yes, ImagiNation really does donate to those charities!
