At Active Learning Centers, our campers are always active and exploring! They spend most of their time outdoors, participating in fun games and activities that inspire creativity, imagination, and independence. Every week features a new theme, keeping things fresh, exciting, and ensuring they can’t wait to return. Along the way, they build lasting friendships, improve their communication skills, and grow stronger socially and emotionally. Each week includes a Field Trip. - Each week at camp features a new theme, with activities designed to align with it. These activities are carefully crafted to promote learning, encourage growth, and help children develop essential social and emotional skills.
- Pool time is always a favorite! We’ll make sure they’re worn out and happy by the end of the day, but rest assured, safety is our top priority. Our staff-to-child ratio exceeds state requirements, and we even have our own lifeguard on duty.
- Safety is always at the forefront of everything we do. When we venture off-site, we follow strict safety protocols and ensure all campers are easily identifiable in their color-coded shirts.
- Our martial arts program stands out for its unique combination of traits that martial arts fosters—everything from listening and problem-solving skills to courage and communication. Victory Valley Summer Camp offers a unique blend of exciting activities that kids won't find anywhere else! From the adrenaline-pumping high ropes course with two zip lines over the creek, to the brand new pool featuring a 14-foot climbing wall, there's something for everyone. Campers can soar through the air on the giant swing (25 feet up!), try their hand at archery, or compete in a game of blacklight dodgeball. Whether they’re exploring the creek, boating, playing sports on the athletic fields, or spending the night in one of the camp’s multiple treehouses, every day promises adventure and fun. At night, they participate in Mission Impossible and other night games before gathering at the campfire to hear about Jesus, sing songs, and watch the sparks from the campfire chase each other to the stars. Then it’s back to the cabins for small group Bible discussion, prayer, and of course, to sleep on a bunk bed.
Each week boasts different games and different options for activities with one constant: The Amazing Staff! With a staff-to-camper ratio of 1:5 or better, the experienced and dedicated counselors create a supportive, safe environment where kids can thrive. Most of June is spent training staff to be intentional, caring, and innovative, ensuring each camper gets the attention they deserve. While kids come for the incredible activities, they keep coming back year after year because of the amazing counselors who make every experience unforgettable!

Summer Nature Camps at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary
Give your child an unforgettable summer adventure! Our Summer Nature Camps are perfect for campers entering 1st – 6th grade who are ready to explore the great outdoors while engaging with the wonders of nature through fun, hands-on activities. Campers' days will be full of learning opportunities designed to deepen their connection to the environment, like live animal meet and greets, hiking scenic woodland trails, role-playing activities, creative art projects, interacting with scientists and special presenters, exploring diverse natural areas, storytelling sessions, and conducting science experiments. We may even take exciting off-site trips to study water creatures or explore regional natural wonders. Each camp is staffed by a professional environmental education specialist, and we limit group size based on optimal teacher-student ratios. Spaces fill up quickly, so don’t miss out on this unique opportunity for your child to connect with nature and create lasting memories!

The jack-of-all trades, Bert, introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep.
