Let's talk dinner! Jenny Craig offers some amazing dinner selections which is really important to me as this is the meal I share with my family. I'll be honest, at first I wasn't sure how it was going to work, eating different food than my family, but it really wasn't too much different. They sat down with their plates and I sat down with mine and we still shared a meal. It was actually nice because my husband picked up the slack and started making the meals for himself and the kids. Talk about creating healthy habits!

Another reason it was so easy was because Jenny Craig meals are ready-to-go and chef-crafted. I don't feel like I was missing out on anything. I was enjoying meals like Beef Merlot, Chicken Piccata, and Three Cheese Macaroni with Broccoli & Carrots. Most evenings I felt like the lucky one with my dinners compared to the same old food we always made! Plus, Jenny Craig's food is ready-to-eat which means you can go as simply as popping them in the microwave. Don't worry though, if microwave food isn't for you there are other cooking options. Chicken Street Tacos made in the air fryer is amazing!

Let's talk some of my favorite Jenny Craig dinner options. It was tough to narrow it down. I am on the 1,200 calorie balanced meal plan which rotates through 4 delicious menus. I've included both lunch and dinner options because I couldn't leave out my favorite meals from either.

Chicken Marsala.

This has always been one of my favorite chicken dishes. Jenny Craig's chefs do a remarkable job with the flavors in this dish. The roasted white meat chicken, potatoes, and green beans are perfectly coating in the Marsala sauce. I can't forget to add there are mushrooms too. My mouth is watering just talking about it!

Bourbon Steak.

This might be my number one Jenny Craig lunch. I'm a steak girl and this is melt in your mouth tasty. The pieces of steak along with the onions, mushroom, potatoes, and green beans smothering in a bourbon sauce with a slight smokey flavor are food heaven.

Cauliflower Fried Rice with Chicken & Vegetables.

This is the dinner that started my love of cauliflower rice. I seriously never had it before. I added a splash of soy sauce and this meal was better than delivery! It has authentic yet homemade flavor and honestly, all I did was microwave it!

I look forward to dinner every night and not just because I am hungry. Jenny Craig meals are delicious and just what I need before I enjoy dessert (make sure you check out my dessert article HERE to find out how amazing they are). I love that I can eat these delicious meals -- and let me remind you they are little to no prep, ready-to-eat, chef made meals -- and still lose weight! I am down 19.2 lbs (* Avg. weight loss 1-2 lbs/week for members following the program) and down a pant size!
